Recovering the authentication password via mobile phone is only possible if the mobile phone number has previously been registered to the Fénix system on the user's home page.

Access the authentication page id.tecnico.ulisboa.pt

Click on "Recover Password".

Fill in the requested fields, as shown below:
- Técnico ID
- identification document

Enter the code received by SMS in the field "Code" and click "Continue".

Fill in the fields "New password" and "Confirm password", taking into account the requested requirements.

The password is changed.
